My art show was rain out today so I got a day off. Plenty of time to play with images and thought I'd post this one I found in my files from a couple of years ago. I found this group of arrowhead plants growing at the edge of a river. The early morning sun was backlighting them showing off all the cool patterns and viens in the leaves.

Mike. There you go again, posting a beautiful macro shot! The colors are beautiful and I like how the veins are a nice yellow. IMHO, I would probably crop out the tiny breaks in the veins on the lower left and right sides. Sorry to hear about the rain out.

I love it as presented but could see it as a tighter vertical crop as well. Beautiful lighting, Mike.

Magnificent Mike! I love everything about this shot from light to colour and composition.

    Very well done.
