I little bit of contrast would help and I would work in the eye a bit too, other than that, I just love the pose and the moment, sharpness is great too, a bit more room would kill me ;) Congratulations!

Cool pose, eye contact and details. I might give it a bit more room at the top.

Different pose and good head angle. I would darken the blacks a bit and add a little canvas on top.
