I'm not sure if I Iike this one all that much. There also seems to be some noise in the bg that I can't seem to remove. Anyway, opinions welcomed. Light was coming from the side so not ideal. I was happy to get a relatively decent shot of this wary species, in a somewhat unusual walking position.

I think the base exposure is under? Light was from your left and the rear end of the little guy is in shadows. Do like the head angle very much and alert look. Would trim a little from the top. Going to try smoothing the bg then applying Noise Ninja in my re post. Also a slight curves adj.
Alfred makes your bird pop out more. Like the shot and especially the beautiful colour of the blues I would try more cropping options. Very nice quality of light too.
