I made this image of an atlantic puffin on a steppingstone at Skomer Island.
I like the upstepping puffin with his beak full of fish....

Any comments really welcome; thanks for looking at my image

Very cool. What a weird way he chose to perch...seems precarious...

Terrific image Rosl, fantastic BG (love that bicolored transition from dark, deep blue to gray-blue). the light is fantastic and that eye, oh my god, is killing me! The big bunch of fishes is a great bonus. I am planning a trip to Scotland next year and I hope to have good luck. Big congratulations (Can´t keep me eyes out of this image!):p

It's a beautiful photo Rosl! Great detail and exposure. Love the BG too. The bird seems a little tight in the frame, but that doesn't detract too much from this nice photo!

Sweet balancing act, Rosl. Agree a bit more room all around would help here. Love your Puffins!

    Nicely done Rosl,
The details and colors are fantastic. I like the composition...only suggestion would be to give him more space on the right of the frame...congrats...

    Thank you for your comments.
I know about the lack of space at the right side. When you are at Skomer Island, watching the pufins, coming and going, you are always in a trouble: should I take the big lens or the small lens????
Of course, I have always the wrong one.... Here it would be great to zoom a bit out, or to step back. But the action is fast and there was not enough time....
Still I like this one with the unusual perch...

Thank you so much, for your gentle critique!

Love the pose. . . balancing on the tilted rock can't be comfortable. Nice bg, perfect exposure, and the mouthful of fish is great. A little tight in the frame, but still a wonderful image,. Well done!
