    Default looking inside

I took this picture through the kitchen window. I cleaned the window well inside and outside then installed a small platform for seeds on a suction cup holder (used for hummingbird feeders). I then manualy focused my low quality sigma lens (70-300 f/5.6 macro) and there he was, wondering what is going on inside. I like the expression of the bird. The depth of field is shallow, I find it pleasing. Please let me know what you opinion.

Looks a bit like a rooster in this pose :D I'm not sure I like the pose looking down like that. Maybe, if you have the canvass, you could rotate it to where the bird appears upright? I'm sure others will have ideas.

Hi Rene. You have good eye contact and feather detail in this image but it looks bit over exposed on my monitor and the I would prefer a slightly different pose.

Rene I had the same idea as Jim ... thought it was a rooster !!!!!!

Would try duplicating layer and multiplying I think it will bring out the colors in the lighter areas Unusual angle but you did get the point of focus right on !!!
