Taken from permanent hide, This is possibily a immature male given the eye colour as males of this species morph into their "Satin Black" plumage at approx 5-7 years. This bird has also lost a toe on its right foot.

Another life bird for me I would suggest using a wider aperture and a faster shutter speed to ensure a sharp image and a more oof background. As is, you need to point the lens down a bit as there is too much perch and not enough room at the top. The face and the breast need to be lightened. As you state that you are working from a blind, it would be great if this perch could be replaced with a more attractive one.
later and love and have fun, artie

For me, the bird looks like a female as the bill is dark brown.
The eye of this satin bowebird really impresses me. I've had opportunities to capture this specie very close and the colours in his eye are simply amazing !
I don't think I've seen this species before, either. Thanks for sharing. Adding to Artie's comments, I would have preferred if the tail were more visible. You could try to desaturate the greens a little bit and apply some NR on the BG.
