    This is not at all a bad image, when you can't get close to subject playing with composition can end in these kind of results, wich pernoally I like a lot! Congratulations on your first King fisher!

    Congrats on your first one !!! I like how you went about making this image Would have preferred the bird closer to one of the corners !!! Best of luck with the next one !!

    Definitely hard to get close to these guys. I like the idea but would clone out the blades of grass at the bottom.

    Agree with the previous comments. A little higher or lower in the frame would be great.
