    Cool image Mitchell, but I feel this would have been even better with a different wing position (backwards)

    I love this one because one can still see the head very well and the open bill is a big plus, I might selectively lighten the eyes a bit, but other than that, I really really like this shot! Congratulations!

    Very nice capture. The open bill adds to it. It would be interesting to see a different wing position in case you made more images in this series. I might sharpen the head a tad more. Thanks for sharing!

    The background is just great and I like the wings forward pose since the face and eyes are visible. Agree about adding a little sharpness to the eyes.

    Wonderful capture Mitchell with great action and a killer BG. I like it as presented as it is unique and the open beak is a big bonus. Well done !!!
