Very nice Al. What I like about this image is the landing gear :)

One of my favorite birds and a great captured moment close to touchdown. Glad the birds have been plentiful Alfred !!!!

This is a stunning shot Al. Despite turning or landing position this is so dynamic.
Good to see a lens in job before I go to purchase one. I partly switching to Nikon and have three lens in the queue. One of them will be this one which you used here. :)

Lovely comp here Al. Image seems a bit soft on my monitor, perhaps a bit more sharpening is in order??

Nice image, Al. I like the way the bird seems to just be floating on air. The extended legs and pointed feet add much to the image.

Love the pose and the elegance of this image. I too think a shot of usm may be in order.

Nice image love the floating body position.

One thing seems strange, the eyeball looks sharp, the face and lores look suspect I think on my screen. You could quick mask the face without the eyes and then hit it with a curve to darken it and create more contrast.

Lovely image as noted above. Boys and girls, let try to avoid the use of "shot." Image or photograph is greatly preferred.

    later and love, artie
