    Are you sure he was not looking at you Steve?:D I like the pose and the inclusion of the prairie, just a pity most of its body is shaded.

    Steve,

    I am OK with the lighting. Your shadow side is detailed and not overly dark and the light side is exposed correctly and not hot. Where you caught him in the grasses is very pleasing indeed and the side-lighting creates a dramatic look to the grasses and the buck.

    Hi Steve. Wonderful colors and a very nice pose. I like the side lighting here and the composition that gives him room to look out of the frame.

    Really like the comp and the pastel colors in the background. Great light also.
