This one from last week. The reflection is priceless!! IMO.

I forgot to mention that, I was so low that the rest foot and Wimberly lens plate of my 500mm lens were underwater about 1/2 of an inch.

    Comments are welcome!

    Canon 40D, 500mm l @ f/5.6, ISO 400, 1/1250 sec, RAW, Handheld, Cropped to vertical.

    Thanks!

    Maxis,
This image has it all... great light, background, exposure, and of course the reflection.
I would prefer a tad more room, but I like it as it is presented... Great job !

Excellent light, angle, details and the reflection really is special. I would only remove the sheen on the bill and reflection of the bill.

Lovely low angle and light. Axel I'm interested to know why you suggest that the sheen must be removed from the bill (?)

It doesn't have to, I just think it would look better in this case.

The sheen on the bill needs to be removed and the crop is way to tight, otherwise nice light and low angle makes for a good photo.

A new image with no sheen. What do you think?

    Hi Darren,

What makes this image too tight? Just curious to read your opinion.

The sheen should stay as it looks a lot more natural than the repost that is blocked up . also in the repost the sheen if removed should also be removed from the reflection and the whole bill would need to be lighter

I would remove the sheen on the bill and in the reflection, too. Just a personal preference. :)
