    Default American Oystercatchers

A while ago I posted an image I made earlier in this series. The parent caught and offered the mussel to his youngster. It was not difficult to persuade the juvenile to eat it. :)

Great series Axel. Light is champagne:D and the interaction puts it a notch above the rest!

Great interaction, and eye contact with both birds is a big plus. Love the light and the sea foam.

I liked the last image of this adult and juvie, but this one is even better. I really like the interaction here, and the head angles of both birds are great. Lovely framing and beautiful light.
