    Canon 30D; Canon 300mm f/2.8L IS lens with 2x Canon TC

    1/2500 sec @ f/5.6; ISO 200; -2/3 EV; Focal length 600mm (35mm equivalent of 960mm); Natural light

    I like the composition, setting and light and wish for a bit more head turn toward you.

    Interesting presentation. The GBH is just a bit too small compared to the stump for my tastes. The image also looks a bit over sharpened. A halo is visible and the sharpness just doesn't look natural.

    I like the grey tone all the way through the image.
    This is very nice.

    Lovely setting, nice light and reflections. I wish the bird had turned his head toward you and I think a slight ccw rotation is needed.

    Really nice image with good composition. Wish for a little better head position, and I also see sharpening halos.
