I was fortunate to spend two days at Giant's Castle over the weekend. This Verreauxs' Eagle paid us an early morning visit, thanks to a stiff breeze that was blowing at dawn already.

Hey Chris, When viewing your images, I often feel as if I should quit or retire... Super BKGR, especially the faint diagonal streaking in the urc. And the bird is amazing--sharp, incredible pose, and good detail in the blacks.

What can I say, this is as good as it gets, the background complements very well the eagle and the pose is exceptional.

Very cool pose, details in the blacks and BG. There is a slight sharpening halo on my monitor.

The pose, details, BG and comp are all excellent! Could go for an anchorpoint though as it seems obvious that the bird is going to land, apart from this very tiny nit excellent!
