    Like the perch and BG Chris. I'd like to see the bird further right in the frame, and I'd probably crop a little off the bottom while I was at it. I'd apply some additional sharpening to the bird. Thanks for posting!

    Fully agree with Dough. Would also suggest stopping down more since you don't have much trouble with the bg. The extra dof would be useful !!! Very nice image !!!

    btw going back to Doug's suggestion you always want more space in front of the beak than behind the tail (to the frame edge)

    I like the perch, eye contact and BG. Another vote for more sharpening and I would put the bird further to the right in the frame.
