I was a cool site to see this amazing bird hunting, and eating natural prey, and I was fortunate to have it only 10 minutes from my home here in southern Ontario.

Impressive image of this bird in a full dive !!! Excellent detail and sharp overall Could only wish he had turned a bit to make the eye more visible but love it as presented and sure wish it were mine !! Big Congrats !!!!

Quite an astounding capture. A bit of Shadow Highlight of Curves lightening might be in order. This ranks right up there with Chris Dodds diving gannet for difficulty rating...

    Hi Raymond,
A bit of head turn would have been perfect.........but considering the degree of difficulty and everything else..........this is still stunning.

Really cool capture of the diving action! Although more eye contact would make this even better but it's already very amazing!

thanks everyone, I would have been really happy with some more eye, but not much I can do about this., the light was pretty flat, so it would take some better ps skills then I have to help this bird look good.
