    Hi Loukie,
One great capture and composition. The exposure is dead on; color rendition and sharp details are as they should be. I like the soft pastel background with the pinkish brown hue. I would have prefered the head angle on your subject to be a little lower. The perch is fantastic...congrats...

    Hi Loukie,

Amazing details and light. The composition works very well and the green in the front adds DOF to the image IMO. Excellent work!

Great image loukie, the pose and the details are superb. Head angle and open beak are are just great.

As a minor point I might darken the entire image just slightly in curves but thats just a personal pref.

Robert, I do like curves, not the ones in the road either, but have not dabbled in curves in CS3 I tried a bit, ie just stroking the curve ever so slightly, should I get more vigorous with curves, regards Loukie

Stunning image, Loukie. Love the light with the details on the head and neck. The open beak really adds to it. Your repost is much nicer.
