    One from last summer (southern hemisphere that is).
    This rufous-naped lark (Mirafra africana) was actually sitting on the deception valley signpost at dawn singing loudy, but since the sign post is not recognizable as such I post it here in Avian wild and free, hope that is 'allowed'.

    Lovely silhouette with good action and beautiful bg color. I would rotate it a tad CW to make the ground perfectly flat.
