    Wow, at 800 and a huge crop!!! nice bg, good exposure and detail. Love those red eyes.

    Excellent Lance !!!! Sure wish the light was on your back since the right side of the bird is darker. Would select the area and lighten some, easy fix. Particularly would work on the darker red eye !!! I like it a lot !!!

    they sure are holding up to the big crop!! still lots of detail. agree about trying to open up some shadows on the right. the dark eye especially!!

    Hi - yes the light was a problem - shot a whole series, but the direction of the light made many of them unuseable. Had some (pose wise) nice shots with a arched back trying to pull bits of the lizrd away - but the eye beak area is in total shadow - no real detail to get out of it.

    Guess I could replace the eye with another, maybe when I have time - or more likely I will just wait for a better opportunity.

    I might post one of them next - to see if anyone can improve it in anyway. :)

    Excellent Lance,
    Composition, image and capture is superb... You have good details, colors are vibrant. The pose is dead on. I like the perch and the soft background makes your bird pop...agree with Mr. Forns on lightening the bird's left eye...Congrats...good show...looking foward to your next capture...:cool:
