The flower season is about gone in the mountains, so I tried blurring a field of flowers. I then used the smudge tool to create some waves (thanks Jules for introducing me to smudge).
Very interesting. I love the colors and the smudge pattern. Would liked to have seen more below (for the yellows) and less above.

I agree with Artie only in a somewhat different way. I would like to see one of the yellow stripes start closer to the top, then the next one start towards the mid-point and the last one how it is presented here. I really like the white section of the image but would like to see a little less of the white and more yellow.
Isn't the smudge tool fun? If you love that, you gotta head into the filter gallery and choose "LIQUIFY!!!" Oh man, I could play there all day long!
