I like the light and composition and might selectively sharpen the head of the bird.

Love it. Great composition and use of DOF, but the BG really puts this one over the top for me.

I agree about a bit more sharpening on the bird.

The reverse image and the colors in the BG are great.

I think the OOF bird in the BG is a design element and I dont think sharpening is going to help anyway :D

Even though I am not a fan of this kind of image, (and I say it very respectfully) this image has a special something, as mentioned above, the mirror effect, besides the bird on the right could not be more sharp. Great job Ramón.

Hi all, thank you VERY much for your comments, but as I edited the first post with my laptop computer I wanted to check wich edition you see better, this second post was edited in my Desktop Computer with wich I see all the images I edited with the laptop kind of dark and with too much contrast and oversaturated reds, now this second post edited with the PC, I think looks much better, please let me know your opinions. Thnaks!

    Hi Ramón.
I see your second image and to me is too bright, again, is all about tastes, but I believe there are some detail less whites, check your monitor, but could be just mine. May be you could make a version of both. Still a great image.

Fantastic composition Ramón, love the BG and the soft and nice light. I like the sharpenning, the eye and the bill of the second version but I have to agree about the whites. I think that the best solution is the version one but the eye and bill of the second one. Something like this:

BTW, I have never seen this species so I am not sure if the eye is that color (I didn´t worked the color on the eye so I suposse that is a natural color) or if is more black. In that case it would be necessary to reduce the saturation on the eye just a little bit)

Thanks Juan for taking the time to do this, I apreciate it a lot! The funny thing about this is that I have done the exact same PP to both images, one in the laptop and one in the desktop, and the diference is huge.. that is way I wanted to make sure wich one did you see better, again, I apreaciate it very much! Have a nice day! Abrazo.

For better all around balance and COMP the bird in the back needed to be lower (that is, you needed to be higher). In addition, the head of the o-o-f bird is angled a bit away from you...
