Default One for James Shadle :D

Ok, I told James I would add one that I had taken with a slower shutter speed. So this is one of the better ones I took on this day. I did happen to get some with multiple bikes but at the slower shutter speed one bike was always blurred.
    Specs are...
Canon 40D, 100-400 L IS, Shutter priority, Monopod.
    F/22, 1/80 SS, ISO 125, @ 400mm

I hope you all enjoy. This was a tough setting to use but I managed to get a few really good shots.

Comments and Critics welcome and appreciated.

    Hi Sharna,
I like the capture and image. I have never had the opportunity to photograph races. Exposure is good and the use of shutter speed used works well here. The only thing that does not look right to me is the up hill angle that the racer is taking. I modified you image and leveled off a tad. See if this sits well with you...

I like it Sharma Experiment with different shutter speeds You don't need to go all that slow to blur the bg Sure wish you could photograph form eye level for these since they seem to work even better !!!

Soon you will have good collection !!! Big Congrats !!!

    Thanks Everyone for the comments.
Gus, the reason it looked like the rider was traveling up hill is because he was. ;)
Al, Thank you for the shutter speed tips. I'll try to adjust more on the next practice run.
I've got big things in the make for this track. I'll hopefully show some from the inside of the track soon.
    Patients.....:D
