IR Experiment

Took this with a d200 converted to IR only, 16-85 VR Nikon Lens @ 24mm, 1/100 sec @ F 16, ISO200

Did some hand tinting in the grass area and water, sky was done with a false color filter.
I am not sure if I like the tinting on the grass or not, any thoughts?

not sure about the grass tinting. you nailed it though. maybe a tone other than green may work. or simply go white.

It does look a little funky, doesn't it? Maybe a deeper tone that better reflects the tone of the sky? Something in the same hue/tone as the deep blue?

Yeah, although I applaud your trying your hand at the hand tinting I do like the original better in this case. It just looks more natural to me.
