    I was out on a very rough pelagic yesterday off Galway. A very hit and miss affair mainly miss with the boat rolling and pitching fairly violently. I reckon I got about 10 ok images from over 300+ . 1d2n EF400 f5.6

    great shot. I like the wing pose and the angle. wonderful composition. The feathers of the bird are quite worn, but I like this here as it shows that life for those birds is pretty tough at sea.

    I'm a big fan of seabirds and like tubenoses a lot. I like the details and eye contact. It is a bit tight in the frame and without the shadow on the body it would be even better. Thanks for sharing!

    Great flight capture and I agree with Axel that it appears a tad tight in the frame . I too like the slightly tatered look in the feathers as it tells a story of life on the open sea. Many thanks for sharing.
