    Default Butterfly Ginger Fresco

    I started dredging up some older images I shot with my Nikon 5700 - a higher-end point-and-shoot that actually did a very nice job for what it is.

    This is one of my Butterfly Gingers that I applied a fresco filter to in Photoshop Elements back in 2006. I have 2 shots facing opposite directions that complement each other. I've never really gotten any feedback on them, so thought I'd post this one and see what you think.

    Very cool, Amy. I think I might clone out that tiny piece of a branch in the URC...it really doesn't need to be there. Other than that, it's very nice! I wouldn't mind seeing the "fresco" look up another notch - maybe adding a bit more detail to that main white petal - but it's very nice as presented.

    Fully agree with Jules and particularly like the idea of a little more texture !!! Very appealing !!!
