Grady, I am really loving this series of wolf prints. This one is really lovely but I thought it might be even better if a few minor adjustments were made.
I went in to his face and lightened up the dark areas just a touch to bring a little more detail out. I also lightened the eyes and darkened the pupils, making his stare even more intense. I also calmed down a few of the hot spots and darkened the BG so the focus would be on the beautiful wolf even more.
Everything I did was very minor - but I think it makes for a more impactful image. I hope you continue to do these prints in black and white and if you have any questions about doing levels or curves adjustments, please feel free to ask.
Again, these are all very minor adjustments - your images are already stunning as presented.
One different and unusual image Grady I do like it as presented I was undecided about the rear legs and crop but since they sort of diffuse away seem fine to me. Particularly like the strong eyes and their placement in frame ..... they plain work well !!!
