    Hi Folks: Had a bit of problems when I first posted this Turkey Vulture on Mt. Hopkins in the branches that surrounded him, so I kept him on Mt Hopkins in a lofty perch overlooking the valley . . . Uncle Gus :D

    C&C's always welcome . . . .

    There is a good lesson in head angles here !!! On the first it did not work but here is not as bad since the bird is looking at something in particular.

    Might give a little more room at the bottom but do like the idea a lot. I like the bg and you can further play with it by bringing in a layer of clouds !!! We had this same thing coming up soon !!!

    What a neat composite, Gus! Dramatic and as Al said, the head angle works here. I've never tried making a composite; guess it's time to learn.

    Hi:
    Here's Al's "more room at the bottom and clouds" :D
    Katie, if you're interested I posted how to make one at Educational, "Before & After." It's a lot of fun! . . .
    Keep smiling . . . Uncle Gus :cool:

    Neat!! It looks quite regal up there! I like Al's idea of maybe adding some clouds...but this setting is so appropriate as I often see them soaring high in the sky.

    Oops! I see you did it already. Well...I think I like the first one a bit better, with the cliff and a softer sky. Maybe just a few wispy clouds :confused:

    Hi Cindy;

    I go along with your comments, must be the artist in you :) I like the subdued, and sometimes the outrageous. This has been a fun project, and personally like most of the super bird photos I see. Was particularly impressed with Artie's "Linear Burn" in Educational forum. A photo to die for!! :D
