this is beautiful. I like the warm light, the prey in the bill and the water dropping for the heron's foot. It also shows the habitat of the bird pretty well. Simply an amazing shot. Nothing I don't like.

Great light, pose and details. If anything I might add a tad room at the bottom for the 'virtual leg/foot' and wish for a bit more head turn toward you.
