    Default I don't like you either!

    Some of the skimmers had this kind of quarrel every once in a while. It looked like a territorial issue and was not real serious. Cropped from horizontal.

    fantastic action shot. I like the open bills and the wing pose of the bird on the right.

    excellent action & especially liked the open beak aggression display between the individuals.
    another good thing is that heads of both the individual are visible. normally under such fast action, the heads get covered by the wings & so on.

    What I want to know is... How much did you pay these great performers to pose for you like this? :) Great catch. I like the hint of soft cloud in the background too.

    That's a great behavioral shot Axel. I like how sharp the image is and the wing action in both the birds. Exposure is perfect. Seeing the catchlight puts the cherry on the top :)
