Thats a tough image with that type light Mike and don't think could have made it better form your position !!! Can only suggest to give a littel more room for the bird in frame !!!

I can add back. I cropped it from 8x12 to 8x10. should I add it all back?

Yeah, I'd add it back. It's not bad at this size but the little extra room might be nice!
