I am not altogether how I feel about this one, I kind of like it but I know it isn't right yet, just don't know how to make it right. I liked all the greens in this when I saw it and I think it needs the flowers on the left. I appreciate any suggestions you might have.

i like it a lot carole! i think it would be even better under some softer light. a slight crop from the right may make it a little stronger too!

looking at it again, the light here does seem soft. a longer exposure in low light may yield a different sort of result. what i'm trying to say is some warmth may make it better!!! sorry so long winded!

Beautiful composition, and the reflection of the bridge. If anything I would have liked to have seen all of the trees on the right.
    IMO

    Hi Carole

I think the composition looks square with both bridges at right angles. Best to walk around and look for a different angle. Also having some color in the flowers to the left as a minor factor and nothing to the right could have an effect !!!

Might have gone for the crossing bridge with reflection only?

    Hi Carole,
I like your image, and what you were trying to do, but both the bridge and the walkway looks too busy. I took the liberty of making a few modifications to your composition, I hope you like and approve...:D I cropped the left walkway out, increased contrast, and saturation and sprinkled a wee bit of sharpening... This is a whole new angle...:D

    Hi Carole,
I think that your image has many possibilities and Gus's repost is definitely one of them - very lovely! I feel as if the flowers could be a feature all on their own - they look so pretty.
    Regards,
    Nicki
