    We have lots of these birds around our house this spring & summer - they'll be leaving pretty soon for
    South America..I'd like to follow them:D

    Hi Bruce you better double check their exact destination first !!!! :)

    Very appealing image Well exposed and sharp bird with a great looking bg !! I like the pose very much Would give a little room at the bottom and crop a little around it Do want room around it but just a tad less !!! Excellent image !!!!!

    Very well done Bruce,
    I like the composition, image and exposure. You have very pleasing colors. The background compliments your subject very well. I too agree with Mr. Forns in cropping just a tad from the top of your frame. You also have sharp details in the feathers and a great head angle...congrats...keep them coming...:cool:

    Bruce, I like the position of the bird leaning into the frame for a pleasing composition. Great background and a good catchlight in the eye. If I were to be really pickyI might lighten the dark area by the tail just a bit as my eye is drawn to that. Overall an excellent image.

    Beautiful detail on the bird, Bruce! I agree with a different crop but everything else looks wonderful!
