    Default Bubble Bath

I photographed this oystercatcher on Long Island last weekend. He came so close that I had to remove the TC.

Great pose, and I love the foamy water! Exposure is perfect, as is sharpness. Nicely done.

Thanks for sharing it. Removing TC in sandy conditions is challenging sometimes. The result here is very nice.
    Love the picked prey.

Yes nicely done Axel, exposure is spot on and the small meal in the beak adds that little bit extra :)

Love the pose captured Axel and the splash of white wash gives it a nice sense of action. Well Done!

Great Axel. Light, pose, bubbles and a food item too.

I would just fix the darkish spot in the BG that touches the bird's back. Other than that very cool! Love the action in the water...and we can see drops on the white plumage :-)

    Hi Axel,
Very nicely exposed and richly colored. The crab in the bill and the splashing wave are very nice additions. Daniel mentioned the dark spot above the back.

Axel, this is a treat. The wonderful surf surrounding the oystercatcher is very nice. Combined with the low angle, fine exposure, and little morsel, this image is really special. Fine work!
