    A grab shot of this Black Capped Kingfisher as it popped out on a clean perch as I was driving by.


    D200, AFS 600mm f4 1.7 X TC on a Kirk Window Mount
    1/60s f/8.0 ISO 400
    Slightly cropped in PS CS2, mild USM applied.

    Hi Chien! Nice loook at a beautiful bird. I would remove the part of the perch below and above the bill. I'd also run some NR on the BG. Thanks for posting!

    Yes, the perch coming out of the bill doesn't help an otherwise very nice image. Nice pose, good catch light and amazing colors.

    Beautiful bird and capture. I agree with the NR and the cloning suggested. Beautiful image and well worth all the efforts.
