    Default Juvie BCNH Portrait #2

Here's another of this juvenile I encountered a week ago....big crop.
Left the bill dirty, as this is the way I see them, always feeding in the duckweed.
    400mm w/1.4x TC, ISO 400, f/11, 1/200, 0EV

    thanks for looking and critique

    Hi Dave,

This is what I call a close up. Amazing details and exposure. I wish for a little more room in front and on top of the bird but that's about it for me.

thank you sir, agree about the room(and I have plenty to add back as this was heavily cropped)....wanted to try tight and see the response.

Hi Dave--wonderful close-up! It looks so young. I agree with a little more room. And.. I cannot blieve that this is a heavy crop. Wow! outstanding.

    Hi Dave,
Super detail. Love the textures and the mottled coloring of the iris.

Great details and good pose Dave. I would give it back some room on top and to the right though, but that is just a matter of taste.

Great pose, details and soft light. Another vote for more room.

Awesome close-up Dave and love the eye and excllent detail. Agree a little more canvas would enhance this capture but I like this very much and find it to be very striking. Wonderful capture !!!!
