    Hi Lance:

Love the dreamy mood. Another of your usual super photos. Of course, down under you are always way ahead of us ;) . . .

    Best regards

I like it Lance. I am just a bit distracted by the red blur in the area where the other eye would be.

    Thanks Gus .

Carole - yes the red blur is intresting - I purposely left it in to see if our fearless leaders can shed some light on why it happened???

    Hi Lance,
Surely thr red blur is the OOF bill of the bird behind?? It is a little distracting but I love the look of the image.
    Regards,
    Nicki

Hi Nicki - quite possibly - still not sure how it came to flare out like it has.

A heck of an image if not for the blur Lance. Very sharp considering the 2x. although this is a wonderful lens and would not expect anything less.
    Regards my friend.

One fine looking bird Lance !!! Full breeding plumage !!

Love the bold colors and sharpness but most of all the eye !!!! btw the diffused red would is probably from a bird in the bg (Nicki got it :) ) Crop wise the head looks so good that I would tighten the crop !!! Love this image !!!!

Love this one, Lance! The red is just so very red, what a stricking bird.
