    This was a chance shot of an Australian Pelican taken with a macro lens. There was no time to alter any settings or change the lens.

    Very good exposure on this one Tony. Would it have been possible to have moved back a little to lessen the steepness of this angle? Also would love to have seen a little more canvas all round as it appears a bit tight to me. Many thanks for sharing .

    I like the details, exposure control and eye contact and agree with Judy's suggestions.

    This bird was very aware of your presence judging from its look-back glance! :-) I agree for more room, but just top and left. Neat perspective.
