    Default Juvenile Piping Plover

I was quite happy to find several juvenile Piping Plovers at Nickerson Beach last weekend. Since this species is endangered it's always good to see that they successfully raised their offspring.

Love the clean bg. The bird looks a bit funky. Not exactly overexposed...hard to put my finger on it.

Surreal setting and wonderful COMP. The whites looked very bright until I checked the calibration strip and now, after adjusting the angle of the monitor, they look better but still a tad bright for my taste. All in all, excellent

This is a really pretty image although it does seem a bit light on my work monitor. I like how the sand it's standing on is lighter than the surrounding sand; it looks like it's spotlit. :)

A real winner Axel. Love the total package here from the wonderful pose and low angle to the awesome BG. Big congratulations.
