    This was one of the first pictures taken with my new camera.
    I was at Powell Gardens. I used Focus Select and Vignette actions.
    Seems some of the crispness was lost during the sizing. Im still trying to figure that out! lol

    Nikon D80
    Manual
    f/5.6 ISO 100
    300mm No flash

    No mystery to the sizing Make sure you uses save for web We have a tutorial in Educational Resources It has screen shots and all !!! If you have trouble send me a pm and will help !!! Your image size is 91.5 kb Imagine you used save as then specified the jpeg compression? Hit and miss Don't recommend. All should come out to close to 200 for best results

    Whatever you do, while you're trying to get the size right - don't make several generations of the JPG file. I made that mistake at first, and by the time I got the size right, the file had lost a lot of clarity. Always resize from the original. Make the long edge 800, and then start with about 60% quality, and go up if you can fit more into 200kb. :)

    Nice image - the purple really pops off the dark green background.
