Excellent stuff Jim! Exposure looks good to me. I might sharpen the eye and even out the color in the ULC.

Excellent all the way around. The small hot white spot on the upper breast is a minor point when compared to the whole image. Loons are incredubly difficult to get all of the colors in perfect exposure. The upward angle of the head, the water drops, and the wing position are great eye catchers. I've been looking for a image like this for some time myself to hang on the wall. I like this one a whole bunch. Well done.

Awesome Jim and I have to say I sure wish it were mine. Love these birds and the action is wonderful with the tiny droplets flying all over and the timing was perfect as is the exposure. Beautiful work !!!!

    Hi Jim,

This is a very nice image. The action has been very well captured. The exposure looks fine on my monitor. Love this image.
