Last night I was treated to a spectacular sunset before the storm hit. I really couldn't decide which picture of two to post, one had a fence in the foreground and this one (no fence). Comments really help. Thanks.

Lovely image Gary. The dramatic sky with those clouds is a plus. The fold in the mountains is interesting too. I find slight yellowish colour cast in the mountains & FG. Did u use any warming filters...

Thanks guys. Kaushik the yellow is only from the sun setting -no filters at all. The sun was setting behind me and it filled everything with a yellowish tint.

    Hey Gary,
This is spectacular! Any time I can leave a man made object out (fence) I will. It would be interesting to see the other version if the sky is this dramatic. You may want to check out using a slight contrast boost........USM amount 20.......Radius 40.......Threshold 0...........to see if you like that also. I tend to like images with a bit more pop overall...........but that tweak is very subjective. Composition and exposure are right on. That is a dream sky!

    Gary,

Exceptional image for all the reasons mentioned.
