    Hi Lance,
    I love the water here too! The colors and reflection are teriffic. Nice seeing as often we overlook these common birds. One of the nicest moorhen images I've seen. My eye goes to the slightly hot spot to the left of the moorhen's face.

    A little CCW rotation / crop might help this image. Seems she is swimming slightly uphill.

    Seen that water before and me likes. Agree on big time rotation needed. I know where you captured this, and you couldn't get a desired lower angle, my advise in cases like this, is use a teleconverter and get further back, so focal distance will do the flattening of perspective, of course, providing it is possible.

    May go up there Sunday AM...

    Great to see you this morning Lance !! This ia very Lovely image with such beautiful lighting and eye contact and the BG really mkes this special as it has a very artistic look to it.. As mentioned the white is a little hot but easily fixed. Like it a lot !!!
