Nice colors and pose here Sid. the only problem for me is the grass/stick coming from the ear. I suppose the shadow on the neck could be helped by fill flash? I am asking as I am not sure...I don't have a flash yet.

    Carole,

Yes, you can use fill flash to take care of shadows. These guys are very skittish and dont like getting hit by flash.

I know that little guy Sid !!!! I like the pose and attentive look !!!

Not sure the flash would have eliminated the shadow? At the time of day you got the image not much you can do and were fortunate to have the sun at a reasonable angle !!! If anything would go over and sharpen around the eyes some more !!! Excellent !!!

    Hi Sid,
Nice pose, color, and detail. I would expect a shadow on this image and don't find it to be objectionable at all. That little blade of grass touching the ear is driving me crazy though. Makes me keep reaching for my own ear!

    Very nice composition Sid,
The lighting was not easy. Your exposure is good, and you have very nice colors and details. Love this little guy...goos show...
