    Hi Everyone,
I took this picture this afternoon in my garden. It was extremely wet and windy here today - such great weather for August ...I pointed my camera straight up at the false acaica tree and this was the result...I'm not sure what to make of it - it's not my usual style!

Nicki, I think I'd like this better if the branches in the middle weren't there. I love the effect of the top of the tree and even the bottom section but the middle just confuses my eye.

Not sure what to say about this one Nicki. I find it a bit disjointed. I am afraid you have set the bar pretty high, this is not to your usual standard I think.

I tried a crop with the stronger part of the image and see what you think:

    Hi Fabs,
I really think that your crop improves the image a lot. I wasn't sure what to make of it at the time as it's not my usual style, so I'm glad that you have shown me how much better it can look!
    Regards,
    Nicki
