Here's another version of the same zinnia photo I did last night where I converted it to a sepia. This version I ran through a new action I downloaded called "Retro." It piled a ton of black on the image which I pulled out by downshifting the opacity and it also converted all the colors to a high gloss shine. I think it looks like the zinnia found a nice sequined dress and slipped it on for a night out on the town. :D
Jules, I LOVE IT!!! Great comp and colors are FANTASTIC. I'm really enjoying the various actions that you can download, usually for free. Makes for some fun photos.....
Yes, I'd have to say that this is one of the more "drastic" images I've ever produced but I was stunned by how irridescent the lighting looks now that I've applied that one action. I also love to download any action that's free because you can almost always look in the history and find something they did that you don't know how to do! It's like free Photoshop lessons!
This lady is dressed to kill...:eek: I like it very much Lulie. Composition is good; I like the angle of capture. The vibrant colors and multi-colored hues makes the image pop with simplicity and character...congrats...:cool:
