I've been hesitant to upgrade anything for a while, I was hoping to make the switch to Mac-but that ain't happening anytime soon. I haven't heard anything bad about LG flatscreen monitors, and there some that are on sale right now for very attractive prices. Any thoughts/advice? Looking at the 19-22 inch models, thanks for any input y'all could provide.
I've heard reported that the apple cinema 30-inch and the Dell 30-inch LCDs use LG panels. LG seems to have a very good reputation, although I've never seen any real statistics. I use a Dell 30-inch for my photo editing. You really want an S-IPS type monitor as described on the above web page.
After using a 30-inch monitor, I'm hoping for a 40-inch! Ideally, the monitor would have as many pixels as my camera. ;-)
