    Yes, another oystercather from Nickerson. Had some nice light last night, and some playful juvenile oc's.

    I love the light, awesome movement/behavior caught.

    I wonder how this would be if it were a vertical - not sure.

    My own taste would be to crop it a little tighter.

    I am most sorry I missed that afternoon/evening.

    The lighting and the action is brilliant. I wonder if a bit of CW rotation would have helped here.

    Perfect title for a very nice photo Grace! The pose and water droplet are terrific, as is the wing blur. Thanks for posting!

    I like it for all of the reasons noted above. If it were mine, I'd get rid of the water drops on the head plus the one large specular highlight at the base of the lower mandible.
