Hi Rick,
Nearly nice image of this bird, with good BG and pose. However, I'm noticing a bit of noise on my monitor (which is easy enough to remove) and I think some adjustments of contrast and levels, etc, could make this one really zing. Good work.

Sharp with a nice BKGR. A crop from the top and the bottom might be in order as might Dean's excellent suggestions. Overall, I like it.
