    Hi Nonda,
This is a butterfly - what we would call in the UK a Red Admiral - I think!! This looks really nice to me - lovely and sharp - colours beautiful - the light seems a little harsh but you did a good job and it doesn't bother me.
    Regards,
    Nicki

Nice composition and colors. It looks over sharpened to me, especially the flower the butterfly is on. If I am incorrect I would not be surprised. regards~Bill

Excellent composition Nonda. The butterfly looks very sharp and the background is excellent IMO.

Hi Nonda - agree with AL - The BUG looks really good :)

Seriuosly though really like as everything ties in together in the picture, the OOF flowers dont bother me and the BG is great.

    Well done.

Really nice, Nonda! I agree with Al, if you had moved around a bit you might have managed a little bit of separation between the plant the butterfly is on and the one behind it. I also think your overall coloring is a bit light. Did you lighten it in pp (post processing) in order to bring detail to the butterfly? If not, I'd pull the lightest tones down a bit and let those beautiful colors show through!

Nope didn't lighten in post. Moving around would have just added more of the same, removed some from the right side in post, the area is solid with those plants, all you can do it try and deal with them so they are somewhat as unobtrusive as possible.:)
