    I did an "orton" layer, accented edges filter, patchwork texture and then a flood. I wanted more of a "starry night" effect but couldn't find the right filter:(. Dan Brown

    Very creative, Dan! I love the flood and the "night vision." The bird itself looks a little bit too fake for my tastes but I love the idea you were going for. Maybe if you toned him down a bit he wouldn't look so harsh?

    That looks so much more realistic, don't you think? Great job on the repost, Dan! I'm always leery about telling someone to redo an OOTB image because it's usually something very close to their heart and so much a part of their own photographic vision so it's nice to know you WANT the comments and that they help. It really looks like he's gliding in the moonlight now, doesn't it? Very cool!
